Retrieve or Search Transaction Refunds

Retrieve one record with GET /payment/v1/refund-transactions/{refundTxId} and merchantId in the request header.

Search records with GET /payment/v1/refund-transactions. Optional query filters are paymentId, conversationId, and paymentTransactionId. Results use the current transaction-refund response documented on the Partial Refund page and are returned as a data collection.
