Retrieve a Refund

Send GET /payment/v1/refunds/{refundId} with merchantId in the request header. The response uses the current refund model documented on the Refund page, including payment-transaction refund details and the current refund destination, point, money-box, loyalty, host-reference, and authorization fields.
